Collaborations

Modern science requires to make the most of a range of expertise and is multi-disciplinary in nature. We are lucky to have collaborated in the past and to continue collaborating with other research groups listed below.

If you are interested to work with us and have ideas to share and explore, do not hesitate to get in touch, and see the Join Us section for examples of research that we would love to explore in the future.

Electro-catalysis

We collaborate on themes around electrocatalysis with the group of Prof Matthias Arenz, University of Bern, Switzerland.

Characterisation

Pair distribution function (PDF)

We often use/used the opportunities offered by ‘PDF’ in collaboration with the group of Prof Kirsten Jensen, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Small angle X-ray scaterring (SAXS)

We often use/used the opportunities offered by ‘SAXS’ in collaboration with the group of Prof Jacob K. K. Kirkensgaard, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS)

We often use/used the opportunities offered by ‘XAS’ in collaboration with the group of Prof Mehtap Oezaslan, Technical University of Braunschweig, Germany.

Spectroscopy

We often use/used the opportunities offered by various spectroscopic techniques in collaboration with the group of Prof Tom Vosch, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Electron microscopy (EM)

We often use/used the opportunities offered by various miroscopy techniques in collaboration with the group of Prof Søren B. Simonsen and Prof Luise Theil Kuhn, Technical University of Denmark, Denmark. We now collaborate with Assistant Professor Espen Drath Bøjesen managing several EM facilities in Aarhus.

Synchrotons

We have been lucky to get granted access to synchrotron facilities and/or to participate in beamtimes at synchrotron facilities:
